June 10, 2010 at All Saints Church in Amesbury

To God be the Glory!

Thursday, June 10th, marked a major turning point in the life our young Anglican Diocese in New England! At 7:30 pm many of you joined us with the Anglican Church in North America's College of Bishops to recognize the ADNE as a diocese in the ACNA and to seat me as the first diocesan bishop.

It was a Christ centered Holy Spirit filled evening, from the procession to the recession as All Saints' Cathedral here in Amesbury hosted the service. As you can see, members of my family were present along with many representatives from all over such as Father Conway from Holy Family Parish, President Dr. Dennis Hollinger and Provost Frank James of Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary who are so brightly adorned in their academic gowns.

All our ADNE churches and missions were represented and processed with banners. The joyful singing raised an already vaulted roof!
